ASDAN - Case Study

ASDAN is an education charity and awarding organisation providing regulated qualifications, accredited curriculum programmes and a range of other courses to engage, elevate and empower young people aged 11 to 25 years in greatest need. Engaging, elevating and empowering young people is their mission.

Energise Technology worked with ASDAN to develop a digital strategy and roadmap:

• 5-year strategic digital plan 
• Design of new technical architecture to support long-term objectives 
• Move from local hosting to cloud infrastructure 
• Working with the existing development team to introduce best practices and processes Selection of CRM and integration 
• Finance system integration

By understanding ASDAN’s long-term needs, we were able to formulate a 5-year strategic digital roadmap including the most efficient practices and processes that would support their existing developments.

ASDAN provide courses that are designed to develop skills for learning, work and life, with practical and accessible pedagogy. They help young learners discover their passion and purpose as they move forward into further education, work or training. It was crucial that their digital plan and infrastructure reflected this and ensured longevity to meet these goals. It was a pleasure to work with ASDAN and we look forward to watching them grow even more as a charitable organisation at the forefront of the education sector.
